We source property, renovate it to a good standard and sign direct tenancies through our Community Interest Company (CIC). Working in partnership with Local Authorities & specialist support partners, we deliver a long-lasting support framework to residents once they sign tenancy agreements. This provides a true foundation to sustainably break the cycle of homelessness and allow households and communities to flourish.
