KeyConnect was founded by Greg Hiscott and Junemarie Justus in 1996. Early clients included The City of Santa Clarita, Roger's Systems, New Chef Fashions & I.C.S. Corporation. KeyConnect.com began as an Internet access company but as Pacific Bell applied pressure towards FCC to change regulations, the industry required additional investment of capital for DSL technologies, KCI management focused exclusively on high performance application services.
