Chobani is a next-generation food and beverage company on a mission to make nutritious food accessible to all. Since 2005, we have made food from natural ingredients, that tastes delicious and nourishes people. We’re proud to be America’s No. 1 yogurt brand – making yogurt without compromise – with all natural ingredients and no preservatives. Over the last 19 years we’ve continued to disrupt the dairy industry, adding oatmilk and creamers to our portfolio alongside yogurt. In 2023, La Colombe – a leading coffee roaster with a shared commitment to quality, craftsmanship and impact – became part of the Chobani family, adding coffee to our lineup and new opportunities to innovate.
From the beginning, we set out to be a different kind of company, believing how we make our product is just as important as what goes into it. As a business, we put our people first, providing competitive wages, benefits that enable health and wellness, opportunities for growth and development, a commitment to keeping our people safe and fostering an inclusive culture where everyone feels like they belong. People are truly our magic ingredient.
We also believe businesses can do well by doing good and are committed to giving back to the communities we call home. As a food company, we believe everyone should have access to good, nutritious food and are dedicated to fighting hunger and food insecurity. From volunteer initiatives to building infrastructure, and supporting organizations through our Community Impact Fund, we know that what matters most is the difference we make for others.
In 1995, GT’s Living Foods revolutionized how people perceived living, fermented foods when we brought the first-ever bottled kombucha to U.S. shelves. Fast forward to today, and the living foods and gut health conversation we began has transformed into a global movement.
We’re proud to remain an independent, family owned and operated company that has never wavered in our belief that nutritious foods have the power to change the world. Over the past thirty years we have created living foods that are authentically and expertly fueled by plants, raw fermentation, naturally occurring probiotics, and ancient wisdom, including our beloved SYNERGY® Raw Kombucha, energizing ALIVE Ancient Mushroom Elixir, nondairy COCOYO Living Coconut Yogurt, refreshing AGUA De KEFIR Cultured Hydration and our latest innovation, AURA Collagen Tea.
If you believe in the power of living foods, love a good kombucha and want to join our movement to help people live healthier, happier lives, please explore our career opportunities at gtslivingfoods.com.
Founded in 1940 by Murray Greenberg, Murray’s is proud to be a Greenwich Village-based business and part of the neighborhood’s rich food history. It’s a pretty safe bet to say that we’re cheese obsessed: our goal is to find the most delicious cheese across the globe, and then feed it to you!
Murray was a Jewish veteran of the Spanish Civil War who was rumored to be a Communist – but pay no mind, he was a smart capitalist who built a great reputation for the business. In the 70s, Murray sold the shop to his clerk Louis Tudda, an Italian immigrant from Calabria. In those days, it was a humble butter and eggs shop that had a lot of block cheeses and catered to the little Italian enclave that Bleecker Street was at the time.
Rob Kaufelt bought the Murray’s in the early 90s and began traveling the globe, finding new cheeses that no one had ever heard of and bringing them back to the US. He and our lucky team travel regularly both in Europe and across the US in search of the new and great artisan cheeses being produced from California to Vermont and from Athens to Wales. And everywhere in between.
The main thing that makes Murray’s special is our passion for cheese – we share that with our friends and customers, whether you’re visiting one of our shops in New York, stopping by a Murray’s kiosk at your local supermarket, trolling on our web site, taking a class with us, or working with our wholesale department for your restaurant.
