We have been selling/buying and servicing 8-tracks for 20 years and have a worldwide customer base. We have also been transferring 8-tracks and cassettes to cd as well as transferring other media to 8-track. Our goal is to keep the 8-track going well into the 21st century and beyond! What Is The Deal Here Anyway? Ok, this is the deal. We here at the Track Shack love 8-tracks. We love to collect them, play them, fix them (sometimes), show them off, educate the public, and sometimes, just sometimes, find something really rare and unusual. The ONE thing that we do not like to do is to pay $3-$13 for commonplace 8-tracks. Sure, we understand that there are really unusual 8-tracks out there, and that some items like quadraphonic tapes deserve special consideration. But lets face it, paying much more than a buck for most 8-tracks is kinda takes the fun out of it. So, in an effort to reverse the current trend in 8-track pricing, we are selling some of our 8-tracks for as low as 75 cents each. To some this may seem like tilting at windmills, but we believe that the battle that is lost can be the one most worth fighting for. Besides, if we sell enough of them, maybe we will come out ahead as well ;). Here at the Track Shack, we will see to it that there is still a place where you can still get a bargain in 8-tracks.
