We are a backward integrated manufacturer of products for renewable energy and transmission lines sectors. Since its incorporation in 1996, Karamtara has grown to become the largest integrated manufacturer in terms of installed capacity in India for solar mounting structures and tracker components in Fiscal 2024 and H1 2025, as well as one of the largest exporters of solar products from India to North America in Fiscal 2024. We currently offer a diverse product portfolio which enables us to serve as a one-stop shop for solar structures (fixed-tilt and trackers), as well as lattice towers for transmission lines, fasteners and OHTL hardware fittings and accessories, and further plan to enter the wind energy sector through manufacturing of tubular towers for wind turbines. Our diverse product range includes Module Mounting Structures (MMS), Tracker Piles and Piers and Torque Tubes for Solar Energy, stamped components for tracker systems, Wind Towers, Transmission Line and Telecom Towers, Hot Rolled High Tensile (HT) & Mild Steel (MS) Structural Steel Profiles, HT & MS Fasteners, and Overhead Transmission Line (OHTL) Hardware Fittings & Accessories. With our own steel rolling mills and sizeable galvanising facilities, we possess a distinct competitive advantage in scaled manufacturing. Operating eight manufacturing facilities in India and Italy, with exports to over 50 countries cumulatively as of September 30, 2024, across North America, Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia and Latin America, we have been able build a wide geographical footprint with a global delivery model. We have built a strong customer base of international customers, including OEMs, EPCs and IPPs. We further intend to increase our sales in the international markets by leveraging our expanded production capacity, including in-house galvanizing capacity, setting up a new facility in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and multiple product offerings.
