Juno is the only gender-specific, non-faith-based service for women (trans and cis) and non-binary people in Naarm’s (Melbourne) north who are experiencing homelessness and/or family and intimate partner violence. We support a diverse range of women and non-binary people, including those impacted by experiences of financial disadvantage, trauma, mental health, substance use, or contact with the criminal system, inclusive of people who have survived experiences of incarceration. Our services include: • Homelessness support; Longer-term case management support • Family violence support; Specialist family violence risk assessment and safety planning and case management support • Supporting people to access safe and affordable accommodation • Information and referrals to other specialist support services • EMPower Coaching Program • Rapid Response Clinic • Powering Future Choices community workshops • Social connection events We are a proudly intersectional feminist organisation. Juno also advocates to improve systems and structures which contribute to gendered poverty, homelessness and family violence.
