JukinVideo was launched in December of 2011 on the belief that video creators need a platform designed specifically to share and sell their content. Everyday TV shows, commercials, films, news broadcasts, and other media outlets use viral-style video clips for their programming needs. JukinVideo’s aim is to help video creators get paid to have their videos shown on these media. At the same time, JukinVideo aims to make it easier for the producers of these TV shows, commercials, etc. to find great video content that’s easy to license. JukinVideo was designed to be a hassle-free resource for entertainment industry professionals (Insiders) looking for content. The JukinVideo community is based on the idea that video creators should be rewarded for making compelling videos, and that industry professionals (Insiders) should have a simple process for selecting the videos that they want to use for their programming. Essentially, JukinVideo brings video creators and entertainment platforms closer together.
