She was radiantly positive and happy no matter what challenges came her way, so when diagnosed with breast cancer she faced it head on with a smile. Dedicated to living as healthy as possible, she went to work in the kitchen perfecting a delicious, low-sugar, guilt-free chocolate snack that satisfied her sugar cravings.
