JobForce naturally evolved from our sister company Soldering.biz. With campuses in Vancouver WA, and Los Angeles, CA we train solderers to the highest industry standard. Soldering.biz has a long history of certifying, and re-certifying, employees of companies from around the globe with multiple IPC certifications. Jobforce takes graduates from our College of Electronics Manufacturing, and continues mentoring them, placing them with customers who need quality workers. We do not pass on to our customers’ soldering technicians we ourselves have not trained and certified. We value the reputation we’ve earned over the years. Our Founder and CEO, Steven Weeks has consulted some of the most prestigious firms in the world. He’s worked with the aerospace industry, High Tech medical manufacturing companies, and even consulted gaming giants (Our Founder’s story). We place high value on our reputation for quality.
