Our clients range from elite athletes and dancers focussed on improving their performance, to patients working with our caring Physiotherapists to recover from injury, to seniors interested in maintaining their balance and mobility, to everyday enthusiasts who have found that Pilates improves their health and ability to enjoy sports and daily activities. We are known for the outstanding calibre of our teachers and Physiotherapists. In fact, many Melbourne area Pilates instructors and other professionals in the movement field come to us for their personal practice. We also provide Pilates coaches to the Australian Ballet School.
