For more than 25 years experience combined,JMC Building Developemnts (2011) Ltd. managed the construction of more than 14 million square feet of retail plazas, manufacturing plants and distribution centers that also included 3 million square feet of high-end corporate offices, hotels, casinos and golf clubs. This $500 million construction project included 650-guest rooms, separate luxury villas, eight meeting rooms, five restaurants, a 40,000 square foot casino and an 18-hole PGA Championship golf course.
