JMB Communications CEO Jeff Berger founded JMB in 1990 in response to many requests from business acquaintances. Previously, Jeff worked in financial services / insurance / equities with New England Financial in Boston, Continental of New York, and General Electric Capital. He switched careers in 1981 to join B2B hardware and software developer Computervision Corporation, where his long-term relationship with high technology began. In 1985, he moved to the semiconductor business with Helix Technology Corporation. Over the years, Jeff has gained broad knowledge from diverse clients. Among his earliest clients for JMB were Digital Equipment Corporation / Compaq Computer / H-P, where he wrote extensively about high-end business software as well as servers, workstations, and desktop and notebook PCs. He also consulted with Digital Semiconductor / Intel and for Texas Instruments regarding semiconductor components. Today, JMB provides a spectrum of services to diverse clients worldwide.
