Cooking is never supposed to be stressful, an item on the bottom of your "to-do" list or something that is an inconvenience. Rather, a time where you can enjoy complimenting flavors and textures that make you think about what you are eating, why it tastes so good (or sometimes really bad!) and how you may do it differently if you cook with the same set of ingredients next time. For me, walking into markets full of fresh vegetables, fish and meats brings a smile to my face and creates an energy that allows me to create menus with amazing creativity and originality. I was very fortunate to train under some of the best Chefs in the world and relish every experience I have ever had with food! My purpose as a personal chef and television personality is to provide my creations as an eating experience rather than a reservation and recipes that are memorable rather than an obstacle.
