Jenics is a specialist Hotel and Leisure practice formed in 1998. We provide a proactive approach in recognising operators' requirements, contrary to the usual property agents modus operandi, namely 'What have I got that will fit the bill'. Our success is built upon promoting schemes: not ourselves. The latter comes with the former. We believe the scope of the services we can readily provide are largely unique. Working closely with our clients we have developed working practices tailored to their specific requirements. Our client base is extensive, ranging from individuals to international companies on both occupier and development/landlord site. However we believe that by maintaining a selective client base we ensure the quality of the service and advice.
