jdr hospitality recruitment was originally formed in 2012 by John Hunt, Derren Strowger and Richard Hargreaves. Shortly after, Anna Redbourn joined the team. All four directors have spent their careers working in the hospitality industry and the last 15 years in the hospitality recruitment sector for two of the UK's leading companies. The company specialises in management and chef appointments in the hotel and restaurant sector throughout the UK jdr's philosophy is to deliver a personal and individual service, tailor-made for each assignment, and to build long terms relationships with their clients.
