 Our roots are important to us, because they show us how far we’ve come. J.D. Neuhaus’ leadership continues today with the 7th generation of the Neuhaus family and extends back to the year 1745 in the Ruhr river valley of Germany where Johann Diederich Neuhaus built his first wooden shaft winch. From our humble beginnings as a “Fabrickant” or master blacksmith, to the current ISO 9001 certified state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, J.D. Neuhaus has stayed true to our commitment of excellence.
