Jasper Apps was formed in September 2009, as a new venture into iPhone development. The company was set up by Tony Short, and is based in Cambridge, UK. The company released My Vacation app for the iPhone and iPod Touch app in March 2010, My Vacation HD in August 2010. The app made it possible for users to create a travelogue / travel journal while travelling, and was featured by Apple on several occasions, with both versions reaching number 2 in Travel. The app Do Notes was released in March 2011. The company vision is to create further innovative and beneficial applications for mobile devices.
