JAMAH, founded in 2000, is designer/owner Nancy Gale’s American luxury, Made in the USA bespoke handbag brand, featuring the finest customized Italian lambskin and exotic handbags, men’s bags and accessories. Growing up in Detroit, Nancy witnessed firsthand the benefits of manufacturing in the United States and the value of American craftsmanship. Distraught by a world that was convinced that Made in the USA luxury paled in comparison to European fashion houses, she sought to disprove this myth by forgoing overseas mass production and embracing exclusive, made-to-order designs with an American identity. Returning to an era of master craftsmanship, JAMAH’s bespoke designs are handmade in the USA by expert artisans. The highest quality materials paired with meticulous construction, finishing and supreme purchasing experiences renders an American-made luxury brand that rivals any of its foreign counterparts from European design houses. JAMAH’s popularity with celebrities including Angelina Jolie, Brad Pitt, Jessica Alba, Channing Tatum and Carrie Underwood landed the line in Vogue, InStyle and People among others, as well as on television’s Gilmore Girls and Extra. Gale had the great honor of being commissioned to design three customized JAMAH bags for Hillary, Bill and Chelsea Clinton. The official 2022 launch of the groundbreaking JAMAH Motorcar Collection marries the sophistication of high-end motorcars with the elegance of the JAMAH brand in order to craft bespoke handbags and weekenders that reflect the luxury of clients’ automobiles. The collection was featured in Modern Luxury and Robb Report. JAMAH’s made-to-order product is available for purchase online and at private atelier showcases, exclusive showings and special events. JAMAH offers personal interior inscriptions and videos that capture the “Making Of” each bag. Custom bags can be commissioned for design.
