When you google "Jack", you find Jack Nicholson, Jackie Chan, Jack Russell, Jack the Ripper, Jack Daniels - 12 and 18 years... So why are we making one more Jack? Because - like every unknown Jack - we want more. More than “work matters," "learning every day feeling”, “create a solution for a problem or close enough". So like every unknown Jack, we asked why we don’t innovate. Creativity is not a fancy layout, it's a human brain saying to other humans 'problem solved'. But when we look to the industry standards... We see that the world changed, but the standards haven't. Doers are separated from thinkers, technology from creativity, craft from design, agencies from production companies, online from offline. If there’s a thing us Jacks know, it's what we don’t want. We don’t want to be an advertising agency. We don’t want to be technology producers.
