ITSRIGHT è una società di collecting che gestisce, in Italia e all'estero, i compensi per i diritti connessi, dovuti per la pubblica diffusione di musica registrata, come previsto dalla legge sul diritto d'autore. Questi compensi spettano agli artisti interpreti ed esecutori musicali (cantanti, musicisti, turnisti, coristi, orchestrali), ai direttori d’orchestra e di coro, ai musicisti ed orchestrali, ai produttori artistici e ai produttori discografici di ogni genere musicale. ITSRIGHT is a collective management organisation that manage, in Italy and abroad, neighbouring rights’ revenues due for any kind of public use of recorded music, in compliance with the Italian Copyright Law. Our mission is to ensure a global, competent and transparent way of collecting and distributing compensations due to performers, orchestra and chorus conductors, solo and orchestra musicians, artistic producers, record companies.
