ISTeam (Information Services Team) was established in 2011 by Rafal Roslaniec who for years have aquired broad experience in technical support dor users and have been thoroughly trained in the field of IT outsourcing which make organisation a specialist in the provision of service of this type. The goal is to provide client with maximum satisfaction with ISTeam's services through continious expansion of both theoretical and practical IT knowledge. The company mission is to have a share in providing companies operating on the Polish market with access to fully professional IT services and the most recent technologies. It will enable companies to focus on their basic bussines activities. On July 15 2013 ISTeam has signed reseller agreement with Canadian company: Uptime Software. ISTeam is one and only company that sell and train Uptime's product in Poland. Uptime has one big product: Unified IT Systems Monitoring and Management called Up.Time. You can monitor, manage on your servers/applications/network devices by agent and agentless like: switches/routers, virtual psychical and servers: Windows, Novell, Solaris, HP UX, AIX, Linux, *BSD and create many services/alerts to monitor applications like: sql, mail servers (exchange and others), etc. Then you can report what's wrong was, exist and seems to be in SLA reports. All from one intuitive, scalable console.
