Iseet Information

ISEET (I See for Information Technology) is an independent digital transformation advisory and consulting firm working across health, development, and public sector programs in the MENA region. We hold no reseller agreements, take no license margin, and are tied to no vendor's platform. Whatever the engagement, the recommendation serves one interest — the client's. Design Before Build. We treat design as a formal, standalone, vendor-neutral phase: validated requirements, solution and data architecture, interactive prototypes, and a tender-ready package your team owns — whoever builds it. Where ISEET serves as independent technical supervisor or quality assurance authority on a program, ISEET does not bid on the implementation of that program. We are an advisory firm first. Our services run from understanding the need through designing the solution, and — where a client wants continuity — building it, proving it works, and handing over the capability to sustain it. 1. Advisory & Strategy — needs assessments, roadmaps, and independent counsel. 2. Solution Design — requirements, architecture, and a procurement package you can take to any vendor. 3. Engineering & Interoperability — building and connecting systems that work in the field. 4. Independent Supervision & QA — on your side of the table; where we supervise, we don't bid. 5. Monitoring & Evaluation — whether the investment actually delivered. 6. Capacity Building — the knowledge and skills to own and sustain it. One governance model across every engagement: the ISEET 4D Framework — Discover, Design, Develop, Deliver. We do not only deliver systems; we transfer the assets, knowledge, and capabilities required to own and sustain them.
