Iron Kingdom G yms are open 24 hours, 7 days a week, including all public holidays. On top of our friendly service each gym also houses qualified Personal Trainers to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. Our facilities house a wide and diverse range of exercise equipment , including first-rate Hammer Strength equipment . WHERE CAN YOU FIND US? We have three different locations Carrum Downs, Ringwood and Preston, each of the gyms offering a unique range of equipment and facilities. Two of our locations ( Carrum Downs and Preston ) feature supplement stores to provide you with all the supplements you may need to help you o n your fitness journey. Wanting to provide you with a complete health and fitness service our Preston location also has an infrared sauna . Infrared saunas being the perfect complement to your training, with their vast range of recovery benefits, amongst other health benefits . Our Ringwood location features Myotherapists from A1 Myotherapy providing a range of services from sports massage, dry needling and cupping, to rehabilitation. As you know recovery is just as important as your training, the A1 team will be sure to assist you in optimising your fitness journey. They also offer stretching and foam rolling group classes so you can be sure you're helping your body recover as best as possible , while helping your body to train as well as it can. If you're looking to change up your training our Ringwood location also houses a boxing gym which is open from 6am until 10pm. Boxing classes are run by professional boxer Tej Singh three times a week on Monday and Wednesday at 7.30pm , and Saturday at 8am. OUR GYMS
