The Curves Community on Facebook is a place where we can encourage and motivate each other, as well as share the latest weight loss tips and health and fitness information. 2019 In Focus The new year is shaping up to be our best yet! How? I hear you say… Introducing our Big Audacious Goal (BAG) our Team BAG is to be the best club in Australia! Will you help us get there? 1. WE AIM to Coach every member to reach their/your goals, How? To catch up with every member and set an achievable goal by the 4th day of each month... 2. WE AIM to catch you doing something right! Encouraging you to work harder. How? Coaching you to fabulous results & inspiring great technique. 3. WE AIM to encourage you to workout more often! Even twice per week you are 78% there. How? Commit you to recording your workouts in your NEW Workout Journal. Your health is Important to Us too. 4. WE AIM to contact you if we haven't seen you. Keeping in touch, holding you accountable and staying on track is a full time job. How? First we phone you, then we might SMS or email, then phone again.
