Ipercepts is a technology startup established in 2017 which aims to provide an integrated portfolio of software services which include: CRM(Customer Relationship Management) Consulting & Development, ERP Consultation & Development, Enterprise Application Development, Mobility Solutions, Cloud Telephony Consultation & Integration, Server Hosting. We have started our services with a focus to provide affordable CRM Solution to the price sensitive emerging economies especially India and its Asian counterparts. This move was based on our realization after working with different enterprise level CRM software’s were eventually the customers fall back due to its high license price and other hidden costs. Our first customer was Odisha Government where we implemented our CRM Solutions to automate its 24*7 women helpline 181 support operations. This CRM Implementation has helped Odisha Government in automating the helpdesk operations and in data analysis by generating various reports that improved the understanding on the violence against women and helping focus on key areas for better service. Since from the inception we have acquired 20+ small, medium and large customers across different industry verticals. In 2018, We have partnered with Bpm'online a global business software company leading in the space of business process automation and CRM to step into other matured global markets. We have also partnered with different leading cloud telephony solutions like Ozonetel, MyOperator and other industries to provide a one stop omni channel contact center solution under a single roof. Ipercepts has been recognized as an innovative startup by the Startup India ,an Indian Government Initiative and received "Budget Friendly" Award From SoftwareSuggest.
