Ipek Gıda DTM, founded in 1999, is a leading company in Turkey in its category. From 1999 to 2017, Ipek Gıda DTM has functioned solely in retail by operating Tefal, Sony, Mado and Ta-Ze franchise stores. In 2017, Ipek Gıda DTM has acquired exclusive distributorship rights to distribute KitchenAid brand in retail segment. In 2018, KitchenAid commercial and aftersales segments followed. In the following years, the company has been awarded with several awards by KitchenAid Europe including, ‘Best Instore Execution’, ‘Growth Beyond Baking’ and ‘Strategic Category Growth’. Starting from the group undertook distribution of leading brands in their categories: Joseph Joseph, Emile Henry, LocknLock, Microplane, Kilner and MasonCash. The company combined its brands under a retail umbrella for superior customer service and started opening flagship retail stores with the brand name Chef&Co. Today, Ipek Gıda DTM keeps growing each year with a distribution network of 300+ POS, owned flagship locations, a separate Horeca channel and operates inhouse aftersales services for premium service to its consumers.
