iON Health + Performance Information

Optimal health, simplified. iON Health + Performance is a multidisciplinary performance health clinic in Guelph and Orangeville, Ontario, with virtual services across Canada. We bring together Treatment, Training, Nutrition and Counselling, with care built around each client's needs, goals and everyday life. You can work with one practitioner or involve the wider team when it is useful. Across iON, services include chiropractic care, physiotherapy, registered massage therapy, acupuncture and dry needling, fascial stretch therapy, in-person and virtual personal training, nutrition coaching and counselling. Services and practitioner availability vary by location. Our treatment approach considers how the nervous system and movement work together. Depending on the assessment and practitioner, care may combine hands-on treatment, acupuncture and exercise rehabilitation.
