Vocab Dance Company is a dynamic and talented young company founded by Alesandra Seutin in 2007 and was created with the vision of fusing traditional and modern African dance, Contemporary dance forms, and Hip Hop dance to create a unique vocabulary named Afro Eclectic Dance. Vocab Dance Company works with diverse collaborators/artists to create multidisciplinary performances focused around the exploration of subjects which influence our society and with this captures its audience into a journey of compelling and outspoken Dance Theatre. The choreography is created from the inside out; producing raw and engaging work, driven by the dancer’s energy. Since its inception Vocab Dance Company has been gaining recognition by performing nationally and internationally, and is progressively emerging as an influential company to watch. Vocab Dance Company is an associate company at East London Dance.

Established in North London in 2012, Ballet North are committed to providing a safe and friendly enviroment for dancers young and old to develop and grow. All teachers hold professional teaching qualifications, Public Liability Insurance and undergo thorough CRB / DBS checks. The school is accredited by the International Dance Teachers Association (IDTA) and we work hard to support our teachers as well as our pupils in their training and development. Many of our classes have both a lead teacher and an assistant which not only allows for more individual attention per pupil but supports our teachers knowledge, growth and dance practice; creating the best teachers possible for our pupils.
