Internal Fire Pilates is a boutique style Pilates studio offering personally tailored private and group class instruction from our highly skilled and experienced teachers. We are passionate about passing on the traditional Pilates method while also offering additional modalities, like MELT Method to assist in creating whole body health. We believe in maintaining the quality of our teaching with small group class sizes of 2-5 and by using the traditional Classical apparatus in our fully equipped studio.
