Interactive Ingenuity advises companies on ERP programs and supply chain performance. We work with CEOs, CFOs, and private equity portfolio companies when ERP systems are not delivering reliable operational data or when supply chain performance needs to improve. Our role is not system implementation. We act as the independent program leader who aligns executive leadership, operational teams, and implementation partners to ensure ERP initiatives succeed and support how the business actually runs. Once ERP becomes a trusted system of record, we guide how data, analytics, and AI can be applied to improve forecasting, inventory performance, and overall supply chain efficiency. Typical situations where we are engaged: • ERP selection or replacement • stalled or underperforming ERP implementations • unreliable operational data and reporting • supply chain inefficiencies impacting service levels or working capital • early-stage analytics or AI initiatives without a solid data foundation
