InSync Physiotherapy & Pilates Information

InSync Physiotherapy & Pilates is a Melbourne-based movement, conditioning, exercise rehabilitation and physiotherapy practice supporting dancers, performers, young athletes, active adults and the broader community through individualised, evidence-informed care. Our approach combines movement education, Pilates, conditioning, exercise rehabilitation and physiotherapy support to help clients move well, build strength, improve physical confidence and develop long-term movement sustainability. We work with a wide range of clients, from those returning to exercise following injury, through to individuals wanting to improve strength, mobility, body awareness and overall physical wellbeing. While InSync has a strong reputation within the dance and performing arts community, our work extends well beyond performance populations alone. We support people across many stages of life and physical activity, including general rehabilitation clients, active adults, young people developing movement foundations, and those seeking supportive, progressive exercise-based care. Our services integrate movement-based rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, Pilates, injury prevention strategies, movement retraining and performance support within a welcoming and highly personalised environment. Programs are tailored to the individual, recognising that every body, injury history and movement goal is different. Directed by Narelle Forbes, InSync brings together decades of experience across dance training, movement education, conditioning and exercise rehabilitation. Alongside our clinical and studio-based work, we are actively involved in professional development, teacher education and movement-focused workshops within both community and performing arts settings. We believe movement should support people across all parts of life. Our approach focuses on sustainable movement, strong foundations and helping people feel supported, capable and confident in their physical abilities.
