INSTITUT ODEF IN A FEW WORDS... The ODeF Institute, founded in 1992, takes its name from the contraction of "Openings, Development, Training". The ODeF Institute is the training center in Switzerland that specializes in - facilitating teams and their managers (TeamCaring, TeamBuildiung and Team Mediation) - coaching of executives and leaders - developing Collective Intelligence - using Action Methods according to J.L. Moreno. Collective Intelligence and Action Methods are at the heart of our activities. Indeed, by constructively using collective wisdom and expertise, we facilitate informed decision-making, problem (and conflict) solving, and the development of shared creativity. Rather than simply "talking about them", the issues chosen are "acted upon" and "put into practice" for greater effectiveness and dynamism. In this way, everyone learns to work better with others, in their own corporate culture, facilitating de facto agility and innovation of the group.
