My Journey with Yoga began in 2009 while attending a weekend for women in the Kananaskis. At the time I did not know it, but my life was about to change. That first Yoga class put me on the path of change and brought me to where I am today. Yoga turned my life in a new direction and helped me find myself. Without hesitation I committed to a regular personal practice and was soon guided to take an intensive yoga teacher training. Immersing myself into a wonderful community of Yogi's and finding MY PASSION! Within that first training I learned so much more that just how to teach a class. I founded Inspirit Yoga in 2011, and opened Inspirit Studio in January of 2012. I continue to explore and seek out different courses that have called to my Soul. Intuitive Chakra Therapy, Reiki, Goddess Healing, Yin/Restorative/Chakra Yoga, Youth Yoga and Life Coaching, and Myofascial Yoga & Mindfulness. I love learning new things, sharing this knowledge with others. Travelling is another passion of mine! I have been blessed with the opportunity to teach on the Big Island of Hawaii, the Bahamas, and Costa Rica. In February 2020, led my 3rd Annual Costa Rican Retreat!!! With plans for more retreats in the futurestay tuned for some exciting offerings very soon!!! I offer regular Inspired Yoga Classes and Workshops, in and around High River, Alberta, Canada... Inspirit Women's Retreats, both locally and internationally, plus Private Classes and Yoga Inspired Guidance in your space or mine.When you discover something you are passionate about, sharing it with others just comes naturally. Simply put, that is how I feel about Yoga."
