InnerQuest Yoga is a home based studio, located at 860 Carlaw Ave. Toronto, just steps north of the Danforth. Yoga is a very ancient practice of wellness that is highly beneficial and effective at reducing the ravages of stress in our modern life styles. Maureen Daigle-Weaver is a Kripalu certified teacher with many years of teaching experience. With her as your guide, you will experience yoga as: personal and compassionate. Small class size (maximum 6) means YOU get:personal attention, stress reduction techniques relaxation in body, mind & spirit Maureen is available for group classes, corporate seminars and private one-on-one therapeutic yoga. She and her husband Kim, often enjoy working together to offer concerts, and specialized workshops which combine yoga, meditation, journaling, music, art and drumming.
