INHOUS is a principal-led private real estate advisory platform, established to provide independent, unbiased judgement on complex residential and mixed-use real estate decisions. We work selectively with family offices, private capital, and principals from the sports and entertainment world, advising on cross-border strategy, capital deployment, and ultra-prime residential assets across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East. Our role is advisory-first — operating above transactions to support decision-making, risk reduction, and long-term alignment. Where execution is required, INHOUS coordinates discreetly with trusted counterparties. Engagements are retained or mandate-based, conducted with absolute discretion, and undertaken by introduction only.
