Infolytics SA Information

Infolytics is a business systems engineering company and Zoho Partner. We solve complex operational problems by designing, building and supporting connected business systems on Zoho, and we agree measurable outcomes with each client before work starts. We make your business work better. And we prove it. Most operational problems don't sit inside one department. They sit between departments: sales closes a deal that finance can't invoice cleanly, service doesn't know what the customer bought, and management gets three versions of the same number. We engineer how work, information and decisions flow between sales, finance, operations, service and people, so the business runs as one system. Our work starts before software configuration. Through discovery, business analysis and solution architecture, we determine what the business needs before deciding how technology should be configured. Our delivery lifecycle: Business Problem → Discovery → Solution Architecture → Engineering → Implementation → QA → Adoption → Optimisation Every engagement names the outcomes it must move, such as revenue growth, cost reduction, speed, quality, cash generation or customer performance. We record the baseline in Discovery, agree the target and how it will be measured in the Statement of Work, and verify the result once the system is in use. Zoho Partner and Registered Zoho Creator Partner. Zoho Key Business Contributor Award in 2022, 2024 and 2026. Based in South Africa with an office in Zimbabwe, we have delivered more than 200 projects in more than eight countries. Zoho is our chosen technology platform. Infolytics provides the thinking, architecture, engineering discipline and execution that turn it into an effective business system. We engineer the complexity internally so that our customers experience simplicity. Solve. Engineer. Execute. Powered by Zoho. Engineered by Infolytics.
