InfoArch, Inc. was created from the merger of two established technology consulting firms, Information Technology Architects, a firm providing database consulting services for SQL Server and Oracle, and Exceptional Solutions, a provider of network systems and infrastructure management services. In the joining together of these two companies, InfoArch, Inc. has acquired the skills and experience to handle virtually all of the technology issues encountered in enterprises running Windows, UNIX, Linux or any combination of the three. Support for Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle databases is also a major focus for the company. The services we offer fall into two broad groups. The first group consists of project-based services such as application, database or infrastructure development initiatives. The second group of services is characterized by an ongoing partnership with our clients to provide managed IT services. Those include monitoring and maintenance of databases and network infrastructure, long-range planning, security assessment, business continuance planning, etc. As a company, we strongly believe that IT must be driven by business needs. We also believe that technology is the simplest aspect of any IT project. If the business case is clear and the business processes are understood and modeled correctly, the technology will fall into place. Our clients range in size from single offices with a few servers to widely distributed companies with hundreds of users. They are located across North America and Western Europe.
