InfinStor develops and markets two products - InfinStor MLflow and InfinStor InfinSupport. InfinStor MLflow is an Enterprise version of open source MLflow. Enhancements include Authentication using Enterprise Directories, Authorization, Scalability, Availability and Storage Authentication Management. In addition, InfinStor MLflow enhances open source MLFlow with Concurrent for Mlflow, an AI Pipeline Processing engine that enables users to run AI pipelines on one or more Kubernetes Clusters. InfinStor InfinSupport is a Generative AI based Assistant for SREs and L1 Support Staff. It helps staff deal with Data and AI Pipeline issues using Generative AI. Functionality includes Diagnostic Chat, Alerts, Summarization, AI Search and Bug Pinpointer. All of these capabilities use the latest logs and events from the customer's IT infrastructure to provide assistance, hence this is much more than a knowledge base tool, it is a troubleshooting tool.
