Founded in August 2021 we currently have eleven development projects in London under construction and/or operational comprising a combined total of over 1 billion square feet of mixed use development focused on hotels, employment and cultural spaces. Our current development pipeline has a combined gross development value of over £1 billion under management. Our track record in identifying and securing land and development opportunities, negotiating and securing viable and deliverable developments through the planning process, and project delivery is proven. We deliver at pace and provide certainty in an uncertain economic climate. We take a creative and regenerative approach. We work in partnership with planning authorities and local people towards a shared vision.
