We are independent in the sense that we have no relationship or "business partnerships" with vendors so our advice is genuinely objective. We focus on the financial markets including banks, investment managers, public sector treasuries together with the finance and treasury areas within corporates. Our primary market has been Australia however we have undertaken projects in most countries in Asia and with others in Eastern Europe. The majority of our projects are related to strategy, business process and systems We have: A “model” set of process/system requirements together with comprehensive system assessment tools. A total cost of ownership model that also includes savings from reduction in FTE and revenue improvements from functionality enhancement. We generally use this model to create business cases that compare maintaining the current state environment versus potential future state environments. A database of systems and vendors with detailed information of current releases, capabilities and clients.
