As Managing Director of Consilium, Michael specializes in Senior IT recruitment and high-level government consulting with a strong focus on procurement, strategic marketing and business planning. Michael is an accredited Myers-Briggs consultant specialising in sales /communication performance. He has wide experience in business facilitation and recently completed a course in Emotional Intelligence in the workplace.
