iNES GROUP Information

iNES GROUP is one of the first ISP (Internet Service Provider) in Romania, with almost 30 years of experience in telecommunications. All iNES GROUP services are delivered over its own fiber optic network, being recognized as the most efficient and reliable in Bucharest. All iNES GROUP operations are based on its own headquarters in Bucharest, where the datacenter, the IPTV headend and internet main core are located. iNES GROUP main services, available in Bucharest and surroundings, are the following: • Internet access • Data Center • IPTV (IP Television) • iNES Smart (Television app) • Telephony • Data transport • IT&C • XaaS • Wholesale Milestones: • 2002 - iNES GROUP launches the first professional data center in Bucharest, in the premises; • 2006 - iNES GROUP launches the first IPTV service in Bucharest and one of the first in Europe too, using a FTTH (Fiber-To-The-Home) connection. The headend (antenas and equipements) was designed and built by iNES; • 2010 - iNES GROUP launches the first TV channel in Full HD standard in Romania, broadcast by iNES IPTV; • 2016 - iNES GROUP launches the first TV channel in UHD/4K standard in Romania, broadcast by iNES IPTV; • 2020 - iNES GROUP becomes the first telecommunications operator in Romania to exceed 100 HD TV channels in a single TV grid; • 2021 - iNES GROUP launches the iNES Smart application for Smart TVs, keeping the benefits of the IPTV television service but with more comfort while watching TV with less hardware; • Present - iNES GROUP is the only company delivering over 200 unique TV channels (including over 130 Full HD channels as well as UHD/4K) in the most complete and compact channel grid in Romania.
