Careyn is een actieve maatschappelijke onderneming die zich inzet voor de gezondheid en het welzijn van onze klanten, jong en oud, gezond of kwetsbaar. Als het nodig is, staan onze vakbekwame en betrokken medewerkers klaar om hulp en ondersteuning te bieden. Samen met andere zorgverleners, vrijwilligers, mantelzorgers en buurt- en wijkbewoners. Persoonlijk en altijd dichtbij, want samen werkt het beter.

Buurtzorg is een thuiszorgorganisatie die met kleine teams, bestaande uit (wijk)verpleegkundigen en wijkziekenverzorgenden, zorg levert in de thuissituatie. Het gaat hierbij om verpleging en persoonlijke verzorging. Onze medewerkers kijken samen met u wat er aan zorg nodig is en zoeken samen met u en uw omgeving naar oplossingen.
