We believe that every child deserves a comprehensive education that includes global learning and the arts! Induz's signature program Passport to World Arts™ , is a after school program takes children through a journey around the world, across various countries, while celebrating a region's art and culture thus promoting global learning, acceptance and appreciation of diverse cultures, and nurturing their creativity. While the program benefits all children, Induz focuses on the population which deserves the most, the low-income and high-risk children in US. Over the years, the program has been delivered to thousands of children, from the city of Vallejo to San Jose and made a positive impact to our local community. Currently we serve about 50 low income schools in the San Francisco bay area and we want to expand through out California and the entire nation. Induz was recognized as the After School Champion 2013 by Santa Clara After School Collaborative and YMCA Silicon Valley. Induz is a certifying organization for the premier volunteer awards program, "The Presidential Volunteer Service Awards". Our Vision Creating better global communities by fostering art and culture for wholesome growth. The Induz Mission Induz was established in 2004 with the vision of fostering art and culture toward wholesome growth in improving global communities. It was founded on the principle of using the power of art to create harmony and creativity across the world. Induz’s mission is to: 1. Nurture artistic talents by exposing individuals to the world of art and culture 2. Promote and encourage the awareness and aptitude toward art and culture in children, in particular the underprivileged, by setting up programs through which they can learn various forms of art, such as visual art, music, and dance 3. Use art as a medium to bring diverse communities and cultures together and encourage volunteerism and active participation
