Independence Brokerage Services CIC (INCIC) is a Community Interest Company, Trading Standards Approved Scheme Partner and TrustMark Scheme Operator, providing procurement, compliance, consumer protection and digital solutions for the domestic building and home improvement sector. Working with over 30 local authorities, we support disabled adaptations, repairs, home improvements and energy efficiency programmes through two Dynamic Purchasing Systems (DPS): • Adaptations, Repair, Maintenance and Improvement (ARMI) • Energy Efficiency (EE) For local authorities and other clients, we provide: • Compliant procurement routes for public and private sector clients • Dynamic monitoring of contractors and suppliers, including ongoing compliance and performance • Guidance on dutyholder responsibilities under the Building Safety Act 2022 and the 2023 amendments to the Building Regulations • Transparent supplier selection, audit trails, value for money and risk management We protect older, disabled and vulnerable residents, helping grant recipients, homeowners and tenants access competent, caring tradespeople who put their needs at the centre of every project.
