Growing up on the Mornington peninsula, sisters Dr Shae and Dr Emily attended Woodleigh School. We were always passionate about eating and living healthy lifestyles. Coming from a busy family of 6, we understood the importance of health and how being on top of our health allowed us to keep up with the demanding physical and emotional stress that life can throw at us. Both Shae and Emily are passionate about helping others achieve their health goals through Chiropractic treatment. Chiropractic became our passion after being adjusted from a young age. We are strong believers in holistic health and wellness; we work with a multi-modal approach with the belief that getting your body moving well, fuelling your body properly and exercising the body and mind is the recipe to leading that healthy lifestyle you deserve. Indah Health has been in the making for years, an idea born as we felt that the community was lacking having that integrative holistic health center.
