Social expectations often make it difficult for men to find safe spaces where they can truly open up. Men are expected to be strong and silent, leading to isolation and unspoken struggles. We believe that individual wellbeing is a collective responsibility, and to address male loneliness and the rising mental health crisis in the UK, we need to increase the willingness among men to go deeper with one another.
