Inclusion Cornwall Information

Inclusion Cornwall is a nationally recognised and award winning partnership that provides a dedicated voice for inclusion in Cornwall. We are hosted by Cornwall Council and our team is committed to working both on a strategic level and within the community to challenge barriers and reduce the impact of social exclusion. We help people in Cornwall directly by bridging gaps and linking support organisations to ensure that individuals benefit from the most comprehensive support available and no-one gets left behind. As well as influencing at a strategic level, we are also active at the grass roots – talking to individuals that require complex and rounded support, referring to support organisations and charities and taking referrals from other services. We lead and manage several projects and activities such as Winter Wellbeing, Helston & Lizard Works, Migrant Workers and the Hospital Homeless Discharge project. We are also responsible for the Cornwall Works Hub, which is a centralised point of information, advice, referral support and guidance to help people get back on their feet, get to work, stay in work and progress in work.
