IMO Control Private Limited (IMO India) is an independent certification body in India for organic agriculture that has been carrying out audits and certification since 1995. IMO India provides cost effective inspection and certification in organic agriculture, processing, exports, verification of inputs used in organic agriculture, wild collection, apiculture and aquaculture according to NPOP, IMO IN Organic Standard (considered equivalent to Regulation (EC) No. 834/2007 & 889/2008), NOP, COR, JAS and Private labels like Demeter, Naturland, and Bio Suisse. We also provide audit and certification in sustainable agriculture schemes such as Utz Certified, RA Standards etc. We have a team of well-qualified professionals with many years of active experience in the inspection and certification of organic agriculture and allied areas. IMO India is duly accredited, from 2001, according to the National Programme for Organic Production (NPOP) for carrying out inspection and certification of organic agriculture in India. IMO India is the first Indian organic certifier to obtain international accreditation under ISO 65,in 2004, for its inspection and certification activities.
