ImNotOK Information

ImNotOK is a not-for-profit organisation comprising people who know how it feels to be “Not OK”. We exist to support people in UK Advertising who are suffering mental wellness issues, alongside any existing support, to help improve the overall mental wellness of our industry. “Not OK” can mean suffering from heightened stress, anxiety, low mood, depression, or other mental health difficulties. There are many ways being “Not OK” can impact us eg. insomnia, constant sense of unease and worry, concerns over job security, feelings of grief, a sense of panic in day-to-day situations, distress over fertility difficulties, to name but a few. It can affect any of us, for many different reasons, at any stage of life. Our innovative approach centres on providing peer-to-peer confidential support outside the workplace, with an aim to enhance employee happiness, engagement, productivity, and reduce burnout.
